Cali is a bad Mother Tucker. Her raw edginess, soulful tone, and deeply personal lyrics, make her an undeniably recognizable sound that can't be mistaken by any other artists in music today. A native in the music industry, (daughter of LaCosta Tucker and niece of country music legend Tanya Tucker), she naturally felt the calling of music in her blood at a very young age, while touring with her family. In the last several years Cali has traveled across the U.S.A. and Canada as one of Tanya's back up singers. As a segment of the Tanya Tucker and family show she entertained audiences with her own set, singing and performing songs she has written and composed. Currently she is writing for her new record, a far cry from her traditional country roots. She is next generation of "Tucker" that will continue to push envelope on the expected just as her family always has with a new blues/rock sound that is unapologetic and fierce.
