Tamra Keenan is a female artist and songwriter from Ireland. She has worked with dance music stars, and is the voice behind Kaskade's hit "Angel on my Shoulder," and David Morales' 2005 number one Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play track "Here I Am".
