While Glow is essentially the same batch of Stones/Faces riffs and hoarse, soulful singing, it is more focused and better than its predecessor, and while it isn't particularly original, it is inspired. A handful of songs, particularly singles like "Place Your Hands" and "Consideration," are terrific, even if they are a bit too "classic" for their own good.
