Joe Kickass’ basic approach to hip-hop draws upon inspiration from jazz as well as the old school and improvises using the means available to him in order to create his own unique sound… A perfect match in collaborating with Group Home’s style.

Despite having been quiet since the release of “Where Back” (2008), “Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal” (2010) and the solo project of Lil Dap called “I.A.DAP”, Group Home’s passion for rap has never diminished and they are still running strong. Now after a four year sabbatical they are once again collaborating old school with new school styles in this joint project which has finally come about with Joe Kickass and has all been made possible by S90F in order to create an inspired song that evokes true Jazz rap and is reminiscent of the soul of Guru (RIP).
