What is Boxout?
Boxout is Authentic Fitness Boxing. For 2 decades I have been developing a Boxing training system that works for ordinary people who want extraordinary results. Now this system is available as a downloadable workout. Audio Boxing!

Why should I trust you?
I've trained everyone from kids to pro boxers. I've also trained Olympic and elite athletes, who want to learn to box for cross training and fitness. But most of all I've trained normal people who want a great workout to get them fit fast. I've been doing this for 20 years, and now I want to help you achieve amazing results.

How do I know it works?
Read through the testimonials. Google “Boxout + Patrick Moore”. Check out the Boxout Youtube channel. You'll see dozens of examples of fitness success stories. You can be one too.

How can a workout last only 3 minutes?
This track is one round - boxing rounds go for 3 minutes. You can get all 5 rounds at this level for a 20 minute workout. Or you could play this track 3 times for a 10 minute workout. Each round has 2 or 3 combinations, cardio moves, technique tips and a format to follow. Most of all, it makes you do it!

Can't I just box at home myself?
You can try. But we all know how hard it is to push yourself to get fit. Not only that, which combinations are you going to use. The great thing about Audio Workouts is it calls the punch combinations out for you (eg: Left Jab + Right + Left Hook)

Whats so special about the Boxout method?
For a start, all the combinations are authentic. In other words, they are the same combinations that real boxers use, which have given proven results to thousands of my students. I learned them from my mentors, my coaches and from being in the world of Pro Boxing as a coach, corner man and official for more than two decades.

Why Audio, and not Video?
Video is great for learning, but once you know the moves, Audio works best. Boxing is not aerobics. You want to be watching your target, not a screen. Audio allows you to do this. It's like your coaches voice in your ear.

What happens if I’ve never boxed before?
You should start with Bronze Level - and get the Start Guide too. You may want to get a few lessons from a coach or study some boxing technique online - either on the Boxout youtube channel or others. Learn visually, and then switch to Audio.

How can you say for certain it will give me great results?
Like anything, Fitness Boxing only works if you do it. But if you keep it up, 3 times a week for 15-20 minutes at a time, you will get great results.

Can kids do it?
Under supervision, kids can follow the routine. A fitness-boxing workout is also great bonding with a parent and child, and can teach discipline, fitness and fun.

Won't boxing build my muscles?
This is a myth. Boxing is unlikely to build big muscles - but it will tone and strengthen them and reduce your body fat.

Isn't boxing dangerous?
This is boxing for fitness, not fighting. We only punch pads, not people. It's about getting fit, not hit.

How long will it take me to get good at it?
That depends. If you do each level three times a week for 3 months you should be able to move to the next level. Platinum will take longer to master.

How different is this to bootcamp?
Boxout is authentic fitness boxing, not bootcamp. Combinations are authentic, not box-aerobics. It's all killer, no filler.

Will it work my abs?
Yes, Boxout Audio Boxing is an overall, full-body workout.

I find most exercise is boring - why is this different?
You get to punch a target, learn technique and master a useful skill. Fitness Boxing is fun and empowering.

I’m uncoordinated. Can I do it?
Yes. It's not aerobics and it's not dancing. You don't have to keep a beat or do it in time to the music.

Should I get a medical check up first?
Yes. You should get a medical and health check before starting this or any exercise program.

I want to take it easy - I’m REALLY unfit. Will it work for me?
Just start very slow (on the Start Guide, then Bronze level Round 1) - then build gradually

Can I choose my own music?
Yes. These tracks have voice calls only, with no music. So you can play your own.

Will Audio Boxing teach me to box?
Most people learn visually - so to learn to box you should get some lessons, do some classes or watch videos. After that, Audio Boxing will work well for you.

Can I use Audio Boxing on my punching bag?
Yes you can. Audio Boxing works with punching bag, shadow boxing
(in front of a mirror) and also focus mitts with a partner.

Do I need to use gloves?
Whenever you are hitting a target you should use gloves. For shadow boxing in front of the mirror you don't need gloves.

Can my husband hold pads for me?
Yes. Be careful not to accidentally punch him. Unless he is being really annoying.

Can I do it at the gym?
Yes. Many gyms have a punching bag hanging up. So you can use Audio Boxing on your smartphone with headphones.

Can I do it outdoors?
Yes. Audio Boxing will work on your smart phone, tablet, or laptop. Take it with you.
