A classically trained pianist, soulful vocalist, and experienced performer, Jamie K’s powerful yet insightful singing and songwriting flow with original melodies and unforgettable piano hooks. She has a sizeable catalog of original compositions written on various instruments including cajon and guitar. Genuine love and musical gift emerged at the age of six, when she first encountered the touch of the piano keys, but it hasn’t always been an easy road for Jamie to follow her dreams.

She composed her first song at the age of sixteen, but didn’t understand her gift and hid it from the world. Her first performance came two years later. Encouraged by her family to attend college, she decided on a university in San Diego. After two years she discovered the difficulties of being a contemporary musician at a classical arts university and felt discouraged in her dreams, music, and abilities.
