Music has moved Critical since he took his first baby steps, listening to a song playing over his mother’s eight track stereo. He first learned the art of drumming from his father, a professional drummer. Critical’s love for music spread to keyboarding as well as wind and percussion instruments. By the age of five, he was performing in his hometown, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Critical’s love for music led him to enroll in a High School known for its state-of-the-art recording studio. There, he began focusing on his dream of becoming a Producer. Critical began recording projects with his group “Impact”, performing in clubs, community events & receiving radio airplay. Enrolling in college for music, Critical begin to learn about the business side of the Music industry. He went on to intern with well-known Producer and Professional Musician, Morris Hayes who has played with Prince, Mazarati, Chaka Khan and many others. Hayes has produced over a dozen albums and been a professional musician for over two decades.
