This CD contains three 20-minute trance-inducing instrumental soundscapes for use as a meditation aide to provide a focus, but also for people who regularly meditate. These songs are extended versions of my CD "Mayan Days of Sound". For beginners, it makes a useful tool, as they just have to focus on the music and when the song finishes, meditation is done. This usually takes some time to work up to, but even just a little meditation every day is good. It will center, ground and focus as well as providing a deeper link to your inner guidance and intuition.

When I create these tracks I always do meditation and prayer to ask that the highest spiritual energies come through me and imprint on to the music. When I record, it is usually in a slightly altered state from having meditated, so I feel I am channeling the music. This is what I call Sacred Sound.
