The Circus EP (Explicit)
The Circus EP Notes
The Circus EP is the first release from The Circus, a young four-piece band who started out playing covers of songs by Kings of Leon, The Strokes, Biffy Clyro, and many more artists like them. They soon began branching out, writing their own, unique style of music, using the multi-instrumental talents of each member to bring something new and refreshing to the UK rock scene. Their musical style is heavily influenced by the artists who they began playing covers of, but also by a wide variety of other genres, including (but not limited to) folk, a cappella, stadium rock, and ska. All of these genres and influences can be heard on The Circus EP, all the way from the delicate acoustic sounds of "Become Like Me", through the progressive, upbeat "Bruiser" and "The Trip", to the anthemic, arena filling "Remember".
