Over the first 5 months of 2007 when we were living in Hobart, I developed my solo act. We decided to move back to the mainland in June and I immediately went to the studio at GM Sound Studios and recorded what I play as a soloist. All 13 tracks were recorded in a 4 hour session with a single take of each song. I wanted to do it this way to be true to the song and myself and so I could then say in all honesty that this is exactly how I play and sing live as a solist. There are no edits and no tricks, just Ronnie singing and playing his guitar.

My intention is to offer my songs to others as I see myself as a songwriter rather than singer-guitarist. In saying that I love the buzz of performing my songs live.
