Compiled by music producer Indidjinous, Pinecone Moonshine's Anomalous Fragments looks at broken beat as an ethos by exploring mostly half-time Drum and Bass rhythms layered by slivers and hints of break samples. A mixture of dub influence and science fiction space travel, the album is arranged to move from heavy dredging bass to ambient to more traditional Techstep and Drum Funk rhythms. Anomalous Fragments ends with a samurai Hip Hop collaboration by Indidjinous and Matty G.
