Louie Culture born Lewin Brown May 9, 1968 in the cool hilly region of Windsor Forest, Portland Jamiaca, has nowe stepped up to fulfill his destiny as a true "reggae desciple" joining forces with an egually agressive producer M. Halsall "Justice" to create his latest album " The Uprising" to hit the reggae-scene like "a breath of fresh air" that replenishes the soil in starting a fresh growth of cultural reggae music. Louie Culture has progressively fermented his messages to ensure the uprising of all ghetto people and to emancipate their minds to see the Light of Jah and break the bonds of the "Babylon System".
