Mochipet (a.k.a. David Wang) has been a prominent figure in the world of electronic music since his
debut release "Combat" on Tigerbeat6 sub-label Violent Turd in 2003. Since his initial hyperactive
mash-up album his sound has constantly evolved, incorporating aspects of many styles such as Hip-Hop,
Breakcore, and Dubstep into his intricate IDM compositions. Mochipet has traveled the world in his
purple dinosaur costume rocking parties and dance floors of all sizes across North America, Europe and
Asia while releasing his music via various record labels such as Bpitchcontrol, Creaked, Component,
Peace-off, SCION, and Tigerbeat6 as well as his own imprint Daly City Records.
