The Statler and Waldorf Groove (The SAWG) are comprised of Madeira on vocals, Josh Wright on Guitar, Jeremy Fellows on Guitar & sax, Chris King on Drums, and Andrew Chaney on bass. Hailing from Seattle, The SAWG have been in the studio the past year working on their debut CD "Saga Passion". Prior to that they were working the Seattle music scene. With their first release out the door, they are hoping to broaden their fan base by gigging often across the North West in support of their new album.

The SAWG's debut album, "Saga Passion" (released on their own Soggy Records LLC label), is a high energy exploration of the many striations of passion. "Saga Passion" is conceptual in nature, but contains singular pop songs such as "Move On" and "Mirror". The pinnacle of the CD is felt during the song "Mars"; with it's sweeping themes of war, the listener is quickly engulfed into a epic frenetic adventure that leads to the truest form of passion; love.
