Teflon began his musical career back in 1996. Being born and raised in Atlanta during the late 80's and early 90's his musical influences consisted from a broad range of artists. From Tupac to Outkast, to Jay-Z to Ice Cube, from UGK to Eightball & MJG, and Nas to "Unknown"(local Atlanta group). Surrounded by the premier innovators of Dungeon Family and Attic Crew he started his own record label Hail Mary Records, funded a studio and began recording around 1997. Since then he has released numerous underground albums within the Southeastern region of the US. They included "All I Know", "Family First", "K.ing O.f A.tlanta", "Hail Mary is a Mob volume 1", "D**e IV Sale Volume I", and his most recent "D**e IV Sale Too". He has been on tour with Youngbloodz, Jim Crow, Outkast, Jagged Edge, and the black college tour to name a few. He has recorded with Stat Quo, Trillville, Youngbloodz, Lloyd, Cutty, Jmil, Mark Twayne, C-Love, and a host of underground producers and artists around the "Bottom of the Map". With the current project "D**e IV Sale Too" he hopes to capture the attention of different age groups and a mixture of regional listeners. From the ones who love to get crunk off of 808's, to the ones who love lyrical input, west coast bounce music, East coast grimyness, and of course a Down South Demeanor like no other. His from the bottom to the top mentality keeps him focused and headed in the most prosperous direction at all times.
